Do I need any experience to start?

None. Stance, guard, footwork: everything is coached from zero before anything moves fast. Complete beginners are the normal case, not the exception.

When do sessions run?

Schedule on request. There's no fixed class timetable to squeeze into. Tell Samir what you're after and when you can train, and the slot gets built around you.

What do I need to bring?

Trainers, clothes you can move in, and your own gloves. The gloves are a hygiene rule, and any basic pair works. Pads are provided.

What does the £40 trial include?

One full session, no contract. You train, see how coaching with Samir fits, and decide from there: group PT, 1-on-1, or nothing at all.
